What Our Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
Stone tightening or replacement if a diamond or gemstone becomes loose or falls out due to a defect
Prong, clasp, chain, or setting repairs resulting from normal wear
Re-tipping of prongs when necessary due to standard use

These services are provided free of charge, as long as the issue arises from normal wear and not external damage or misuse.

What’s Not Covered

While we are committed to exceptional quality, the following are not included under our Two-Year Warranty:

Loss, theft, or accidental damage
Chips, cracks, or other damage caused by impact, excessive force, or improper use
Damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification
Resizing requests beyond the initial complimentary adjustment period must be submitted within seven days.
